Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with the courier tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.
We currently ship to most pin codes across India. If your delivery pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout. We are unable to ship to certain remote areas, international addresses, or PO Box addresses.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery (if possible) or take photographs immediately and contact us within 48 hours at sales@sakharam.in. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
