Return Policy

🚫 No Returns Accepted Seth Sakharam Nemchand Rasashala does not accept returns on any products once the order
has been dispatched. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Return Policy

At Seth Sakharam Nemchand Rasashala, we deal exclusively in Ayurvedic medicines and herbal health products. Due to the nature of medicinal products — and to ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and product integrity for all our customers — we do not accept returns under any circumstances once an order has been dispatched from our facility.

This policy is in place because:

  • Ayurvedic medicines and health products cannot be resold once they leave our facility, for safety and hygiene reasons.
  • We cannot verify the storage conditions of products once they are delivered to a customer.
  • This is standard practice in the pharmaceutical and Ayurvedic medicines industry in India.
  • This policy is consistent with the provisions of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and applicable Ayurvedic medicine regulations.

2. Exceptions — When Refund / Replacement May Apply

While returns are not accepted, we will consider a replacement or refund only in the following exceptional circumstances:

To raise an exception claim, customers must contact us at sales@sakharam.in or call +91 072489 46611 within 48 hours of delivery, with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

3. Orders Cannot Be Returned After Dispatch

We urge customers to review their order carefully before placing it. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be recalled, redirected, or returned to us. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before the order is shipped (see our Cancellation Policy).

4. Medicines Purchased in Error

If you have purchased a product in error (wrong variant, wrong quantity), please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel and replace it. Once dispatched, our no-return policy applies without exception.
